It's a Love Story

He looked at her curiously. "Where are we going next?"

"We're going to the park. I just said that earlier." she said, looking to a taxi.

He laughed. "Oh, yeah. Sorry. Forgot. So much going on, ya know."

She nodded. "I understand." she said, raising her arm for a taxi. One pulled up and she smiled, opening the door and getting in, sliding over for Mike.

He smiled and crawled in, closing the door behind him.

She smiled. "Ever ridden in a taxi?" she asked him.

"Nope, not really. Just seems like any other car to me," he said, looking around the interior.

she nodded. "It is." she shrugged. "I'm going to make sure that this week is full of firsts for you. There's so much to do. You'll love it all. And, you'll just like me that much more." she said, winking. She was getting comfortable around him and more of herself was coming out.

He smiled. "I have no problem with that," he said, squeezing her hand gently.

She nodded. "But still... That's going to make it harder when you're gone."

"It's not like I'll be gone forever," he told her gently. "I'll come back for you."

She smiled and nodded. "I know you will." she said.

He smiled warmly at her and squeezed her hand gently, wanting to kiss her cheek or her hand, or something. He wasn't sure if it was too soon for that or not.

She bit her lip softly and leaned a little closer to him and kissed his cheek. She pulled away quickly, her face red.

He blushed slightly and smiled, leaning in to kiss her cheek softly.

She blushed even more and let go of his hand to cover her face. She laughed slightly. "I'm sorry... It just seemed like a good time to kiss you..."

He chuckled. "It's okay. I was actually thinkin' of doin' the same. Just didn't know how you city folk deal with that sort of thing. Didn't wanna upset you or nothin'," he explained.

she dropped her hands once she was a little more composed and nodded. "That's okay. It all depends on the person."

He blushed a tad more brightly and pressed his lips to hers gently, for a second, then pulled back. "What would you do if I did that?"

she blushed again and smiled. "Probably do it again." she said, moving closer, pressing her lips to his again.

He chuckled and kissed her softly. "I can live with that."

"That can definitely get better through out the week." she smiled. She paid and got out of the cab then waited for Mike. She liked kissing him and wanted to do it some more. He was good at it and didn't push for more.

He smiled and took her hand, holding it as he got out of the cab and followed her into the park.

She smiled, walking him around the park. "There's always something going on here." she said. "And there's good hot dog stands around, we could spend the day here then tomorrow i can take you other places. That sound okay or do you want to catch up with your class again?"

He smiled. "My class won't miss me," he squeezed her hand gently. "Show me your world."
