She nodded her head as well, and then placed the dixie cup down. Sighing softly, she brushed some of her black hair from her eyes, and boredly looked around his room. Why was there suddenly an awkward silence? Maddison did not like it.

"Oh, sure." Maddison said softly, smiling. She went over to her designer backpack and started to take out the few text books and folders that her homework was in. It was so much! It was a bit overwhelming concidering that it had been her first day.

Maddison had opened up her math book and was starting to scribble down side notes, and glanced down quietly through the questions. Blech. Already she knew that she did not now, nor would she ever like math.

After an hour or so of working on homework, Maddison yawned softly, and laid back on the floor. Fanning herself with her hand, she closed her eyes, and just let her body relaxed. As a vampire, she had keen senses, and with closing her eyes to enhance her sense of smell. Spencer's room had an odd sort of smell to it which she could not help but like. That was what was odd to her.

Maddison opened her eyes, hearing the soft groaning of the bed. Smiling, she sat up and climbed on to the bed beside him. Laying down once more, she proceeded to close her eyes again and relax. It was much nicer than laying down on the floor.

Maddison yawned softly, and then propped herself up on her elbow. She looked down thoughtfully at Spencer as he lay there, his eyes closed. He looked peaceful, yet some how devilish. Chuckeling quietly, she decided to chalk that off to his fiery red curls. But looking past his childish roundness, all in all, he was beautiful.

It wouldn't be till he was 14-15 would he start to notice her as a girl. A beautiful girl at that. Pueberty always made things and people look different.

Maddison yawned softly, and then laid down, resting her head on his chest. "I can hear your heart beat." she teased softly. Her hair pressed against his nose, allowing him to take in her scent. Since she was a vampire, she already had an alluring scent and did not need to use perfumes of any sort.

"It's pulsing for me." she said happily. Since she was a little girl, she did not catch the innuendo in what she had said. Yawning softly, she wrapped her arm around his side, and let her eyes close. She was very comfortable right then.

Maddison wasn't uncomfortable with being close to a boy. Since she was an actress, she had already been in movies where she had needed to share the same bed with a boy, and other sorts of acts that needed close proximity. "Mmm?" she asked softly, closing her eyes and looking at Spencer. "What's wrong?" she asked innocently.

Maddison smiled softly. "Good." she said softly, and then resumed her position beside him, her head rested on his chest. He was a good friend and confidant. She wasn't uncomfortable being close to him. Actually, it brought her a lot of happiness being close enough to hear his heart beat. It made him seem more real. A small sigh of contentment passed her lips, and she let her hand rest around his hip.

Spencer bit his lip. He felt funny and he grunt feeling his boy area throb. That was odd.

He smelled really good. Sighing softly, she moved up to look into his eyes once more. As she did this, her developing chest pressed against his side. "What are you thinking about, Spencer?" she asked softly. Maddison had no idea of the effects she had on him.

Maddison laughed softly. "I see." she said, smiling softly. "Well, I'm happy that I can relax with you." Maddison added, looking happily into his green eyes. And she meant it with all of her heart. Already she could tell that they were going to be friends for a very long time.
