Bean and me only!~

Andrew got into bed, sighing and closing his eyes. He already changed into his boxers and gray t-shirt, something comfortable. "I hope she sleeps well at least.." he muttered, nodding and turning off his light, going to sleep.

Ashley got under the covers of the bed after turning out the light, sleeping in her normal clothes. She stayed awake for a bit, thinking about Andrew. She was starting to develop feelings for him, and it scared her a little. She hadn't trusted anyone like she trusted him in a long time.

Andrew had no problems of course, feelings were a separate chapter in his book. He could hide them easily. Unfortunately to his dismay that night, the wine had loosened him up too much, in his opinion. As the morning progressed, he was already awake and cooking eggs and pancakes. Those were simple things and he rarely did cook which is why the kitchen looked so spotless and almost brand new.

She got up to the smell of eggs an pancakes and followed her nose to the kitchen. "Good morning," she yawned, pulling her mess of hair back out of her face.

Andrew chuckled, nodding. "Morning. Sleep good?" he asked, putting away the pancake mix as the last two of six pancakes were getting done in the skillet. He then started to scramble the eggs and add pepper and salt. Just a little bit to add taste.

"Very well, thank you. That bed is like a cloud," she smiled.

"Glad that the bed was so comfortable. And how's the back?" Andrew asked as he finished with the pancakes and the eggs. He then grabbed two plates and served himself and Ashley. "Hope you're hungry. I rarely cook in this kitchen." he smiled.

"It's feeling a lot better, thank you," she smiled, sitting down at the table. "You didn't have to go through the trouble of making breakfast. I could have gotten something on the way home," she smiled her thanks.

"Trouble? This is the easiest stuff to cook. Really. Only took me a good..hour." Andrew chuckled as he sat down and started eating. "I don't know, I just think you needed a good rest and meal." he said, eating the scrambled eggs and pancakes slowly. He wasn't looking forward to going to work. Evans was acting even more odd since he made that deal with Ashley.

She smiled. "You're very kind, thank you," she said and started eating. "This is good," she smiled.

"Eh, not my best. But if you ever want to try and cook, hey, you're welcome." Andrew chuckled, finishing his meal rather quickly. He had to get to work early, especially if to try and deal with Evans. "Uh, you're welcome to stay here as long as you like today, I'm gonna go see if Evans is going to brag if at all. He might prove my theory of him having someone watching my place.." he said as he left for his room.

She smiled. "Thank you again. Do you mind if I take a shower before I go home," she asked. She woudl take a shower, and then make him a lunch and put it in his fridge for him as a thank-you.

Andrew agreed, going to his room to change. He had taken a shower before, so the room was quite warm once Ashley would decide to go into it for her shower. He yawned as he put on his tie and dress shirt followed by the rest of the suit. He couldn't stop thinking about how close he was to her, how sweet she smelled and so soft....He shook his head, coughing and blushing as he left his apartment. "Lock the door on your way out!" he called out before he eventually left the apartment.

"I will," she called after him and cleaned up the dishes, getting out the ingredients to make potato skins. When she finished, she put them in the fridge, washed the dishes, and went to take her shower before she headed home to get ready for work.

Getting to work, Evans was more than ready to mess with Andrew. As soon as he walked into his own office, Andrew found Evans in his chair. "What the hell?" he asked, growling. The man only smirked, standing up and walking up to Andrew. "Well, I'm sure you're not oblivious but you do know I'm gonna take over your position and more..right?" he teased, chuckling. The tension was thick as they both started to argue, eventually Evans leaving the room but not without saying this, "I sure hope that your nightly outings are just as good when you don't have a job, sport." he laughed, leaving finally. Andrew cursed himself for not just calling it quits and reporting the guy, but it was too soon. Unknown to him however, Evans began calling after Ashley, asking her of what progress she was making.

Ashley answered her phone, to find that it was Andrew's co-worker. "Oh, uhm... Actually, I was over at his house last night. We had dinner and some wine and stuff," she said. "I got back not too long ago."

"I have sources that could tell me otherwise, babe. Then again..he seemed pretty chipper before he saw me in his office." he chuckled, having the back of his chair face the door so no one could notice his menacing expression. "What do you mean by stuff? Hm?" he asked, not willing to be the fool.

"Nothing," she shrugged. "We had a nice talk, I told him a little more about me and he told me more about himself"

"Just that? Had he talked about his plan? His new idea?" Evans asked impatiently.

"Not really," she said. "He didn't want to elaborate." She was good at lying, so it sounded legit.

Evans growled. "Jesus, why not use that sexual appeal for something useful? Huh?" he cursed, wanting to punch a wall.

"You wanted me to get him to fall in love with me, then crush him. That's what I'm doing," she countered, rolling her eyes. Men.

Evans scoffed. The only way to get a man to fall in love fast was through lust. If he had to hire another, he will. But for now, since there is now familiarity between the two, he couldn't risk it. "Fine. Just do what I'm paying you to do." he said, hanging up.

"That's what I'm doing, dumbass," she muttered after he hung up and put the phone back on it's reciever. She finished getting ready for work and headed down to the club.

As the day continued, Andrew constantly thought of Ashley. He saw a new side to her and he couldn't help but blush at the thought. She definitely looked like she should: a woman, one that doesn't have to work at night for tips. He yawned, looking at the clock and seeing that it was late. He got up, seeing Evans sliming his way through to a female co-worker's pants and then took the advantage. He left the building quickly, going to the club. He felt a bit embarrassed though, it seemed as though this was normal. Getting out of his car after parking, he went inside and sat down at one of the booths. He'd rather she approach him or else he'd risk looking like a stalker.
