Finally a home~ Private

Ilane shook her head. "We didn't get to say goodbye." she said.

Marley moved closer to them and hugged Jonathon. "We'll say goodbye to her soon."

"I know, but like mommy said, you will." Joshua said, his lips quivering slightly as he kissed her head. Jonathan only shivered in Marley's arms, starting to cry quietly.

Marley held onto Jonathon tightly, letting him cry. "It'll be okay." she said softly.

Ilane burried her head in Joshua's neck, crying also.

Jonathan couldn't help but bawl his eyes out, saying that it was unfair. Joshua held Ilane, rubbing her back. "She's in a better place guys, really. She wouldn't want you guys crying."

Ilane cried hard, her body shaking against her dad's body. She couldn't stop crying. Her grandma was gone... forever.

Marley held onto Jon, rubbing his back, doing her best to calm him down.

It was an hour at least that it took to calm the kids down. Jonathan had run to his room, saying he needed time alone. Joshua sighed, holding Ilane and rocking her in his arms. "You ok baby?"

She nodded, staying close to her dad. "What do we do now?" She asked. "Do we put her in the ground? Sami's grandma was put in the ground."

Marley stayed on the bed with Joshua and Ilane for a little while before getting up, going to jon's room.

Joshua sighed, nodding. "She deserves a proper..funeral. A good resting place." he said, kissing her head. "She wasn't in any pain when she passed away, I promise." he cooed, rubbing her back as he watched Marley leave the room.

Jonathan was in his bed, sniffing and trying not to cry as his face was smothered into the pillow. He was trying to be strong. "It's not fair!" he said to himself.

She nodded. "Promise it didn't hurt?" she asked.

"no, it's not fair." Marley said softly, sitting next to her son. "But things will get better."

Joshua nodded, smiling. "I promise. Swear." he said, kissing her head and wiping her tears. "Feel better at least?"

Joshua looked up from the pillow, staring at Marley. "Why...Why did she have to die?"

"Can I go see jon?" She asked, wondering if she should go or let her mom talk to him.

"Because it was her time, sweetie pie. I'm sure she didn't want to go. Who would want to leave you and Laney? She's in heaven right now, though, looking down on you. I'm sure." she said softly, reaching over and wiping his tears away.

"Yeah, go ahead." Joshua said, sighing as he sat on the edge of the bed and stared at the floor. All the things he could've told his mom..now will always remain unsaid. He wasn't exactly grateful when he was younger..and now it's biting him in the ass. He lost her.... He shook his head, refusing to shed more tears, it wouldn't bring her back. "God.."

Jonathan sighed, sniffing and then looking up. "Ilane.." he mumbled, looking away and hiding under his covers.

As Ilane walked into the room, Marley walked out. She went straight to joshua, moving into his lap and breaking down in tears. She never really told Elizabeth, 'thank you.' Now she never could.

Ilane shook her head and tried to get under the covers with her twin. "Jon... Jonathon please let me under with you..."

Joshua held Marley tightly, nuzzling her neck and holding back his own tears. "Shhh, it's gonna be ok baby...I swear." he said, biting his lip hard and kissing her cheek.

Jonathan whimpered, but knew he couldn't ignore his sister. He let her under the blanket, moving away and hiding his face into the pillow.

She shook her head. "How is she going to know how I felt?" She asked softly.

"Jon, please don't hide from me... You don't have to ever hide from me..." Ilane said softly.

"I'm sure she knew how you felt. I mean, she had to know you were very grateful.." Joshua said, kissing her softly and rubbing her back.

Jonathan sniffed, looking at her and biting his lip. "Gramma's gone.."

She nodded. "And she had to know you loved her." she said softly, her arms around his waist.

She nodded and moved to lay close to her brother. "I know..." she said softly.

"Yeah...she had to." Joshua said, smiling weakly, sighing and nuzzling her face. "I can't imagine if you were to die..if we have this kid.." he muttered as he placed his hand over her belly. Sometimes he prayed she wouldn't get pregnant, just for the sake that she wouldn't die giving birth.

Jon hugged Ilane, sniffing and trying not to try again. "Are you ok?"

she sighed, putting her hand over his. "I'll be fine. I'm never leaving you. Never."

"My heart hurts..." she said softly. "I'm going to miss her..."

Joshua nodded, kissing her softly. "I love you.." he muttered, closing his eyes. "So, what are we going to do about Jonathan? He seems to be the one not taking it well." he added, shaking his head.

Jonathan nodded, sighing. "I'll miss her too..."

"I think Ilane will take care of it. They're amazingly close... I love it." she smiled.

Ilane sighed, holding herself a little closer to her brother. "If you need a shoulder, mines currently open." she said, smiling slightly.

"Yeah, it's good that they're close.." Joshua nodded, smiling and kissing her cheek.

Jonathan cuddled, sighing. "I know...Are you ok?" he asked, looking down at her and smiling weakly.

She nodded. "Maybe we should plan something... After the funeral, you, me, the kids, Shawn... We can go to Disney Land or something..."

She nodded slowly and sighed. "I will be..."

"Yeah...once Dad moves in, I guess we could..go to Disney Land. It would be better for the kids, especially them." Joshua nodded, knowing that he had enough money for the trip, it wouldn't cost much at all. "So, should I go call him now or what?" he asked, looking up at her.

Jonathan closed his eyes, sighing. "I wonder how grampa is feeling..." he mumbled, sniffing again.

She nodded. "It be a good way to get back to normal." she added.

"Let's call him." she said. "Let's see if he's okay."
