she nodded. "If mommy had wanted us, would you have stayed with her?"

" I don't remember alot bout your mother, I'm sad to say" He said softly.

Lilli sighed. "I like amore more than mommy anyways." she said softly.

Kate, all grown up now and very pretty, looking at Kale's door. She wanted her daughter now. She wanted to get to know what kind of woman Lilli was growing into. Her lawyer had looked Kale up and now she was going to try to convince Kale to give her a joint custody over Lilli. she walked forward, and knocked on his front door.

Kale would fight Kate tooth and nail. Kale wasn't stupid bout the law system, he would bring up back up child support on Kate if she dared try this.

He sighed " I'll be back. " he went to the front door and opened it.

Lilli got up and followed her dad. She stood behind him, holding her his hand and looking at this woman at their front door.

Kate smiled at them. "Kale... Wow, you've grown into an amazing looking man." she breathed then looked at Lilli. "Is that Lilli?"

Kale's eyes grew wide. " Lily..get back " he said gently.

"But Daddy..." Lilli started then when her dad gave her a face she nodded, giving this woman one last glance then going up to her room.

Kate smiled. "Can I come in?"

Kale nodded moving to let her in.

Kate walked in, smiling. "This is a great house."

" Yeah" Kale grunted, " Why are you here." He wasn't happy to see her.

"We both have grown up." she started. "I want to get to know my daughter before she's all grown up."

" Gee maybe you you should've thought bout that when you left 11 and 6 months ago" he said angrily. " Do you know what you put me through, kate? And now you just come waltzing your whore ass back here expecting me to let that girl upstairs see the mother that never wanted her? Do you know what you did just by being gone? Lily has just accepted my fiancee as her mother."

Her smile went away and she sighed. "kale we were teen agers. I was 16. I didn't know what I was doing. Honestly, I don't know if Lilli's yours." she said.

"Yes I am!" Lilli said. She was sitting at the top of the stairs. She rushed down and took Kales hand. She didn't want to be left out of this conversation.

" She is mine. I had a test done. " Kale said. " You can see me in her. " Kale said and went Lily came down he sighed. " Lily .." he put her in his lap. " I've raised her from when I was 13 years old. I'm not letting you take her from me."

"I have the right." Kate said. "She is my daughter. Just cooperate Kale. Don't make me get my lawyer to some in here."

" Then I'll take you in for back up child support" he said darkly. " I have a good lawyer."

"Lilli is my daughter! You can't keep her from me." Kate said coldly. "You were to young to have her. I didn't think you'd keep her. Neither of us wanted her." she said then sighed. "I want to get to know her."

"I don't want to get to know you. Where were you for the last 12 years of my life? i don't want you." Lilli said.

" Oh don't go putting words into my mouth, Kate. I wanted Lily ever since the day she was born. " Kale said. " And I've been with her since then."

"You will give me what I want. I will get custody over her. At least a joint custody." she snapped then walked out.

Lilli sighed and held onto her dad, crying.

Kale sighed holding Lily close to him.

Ashton walked into the house. She had some news that she needed to tell her brother. She saw Lilli and Kale upset and her smiled instantly went away. "What happened?" she asked her brother.

He sighed sadly holding his girl close. " Kate is going after a joint costody over Lily"

"Kate? That bitch that left you, breaking your heart and leaving you with Lilli? Why, after 13 years does she want that?" she asked, shocked.
