Alex sat beside her, closing the door. "Where to, lady?" the driver asked as he started up the tab.

"The nearest Maceys." she said, smiling at Alex.

The driver nodded, driving towards the mall and the quickest way to the other side to get to Macy's. Once there, Alex took out his wallet and paid for the tab. Once out and the taxi had driven away, he sighed. "Hm, wonder what they have here for men." he mumbled.

"They have lots." she said, taking his hand.

Alex chuckled, about to make a smart remark until they went inside. It felt sort of silly, but hey, it was Sami. So it wasn't that bad. She knew him and his style.

"Do you want me to go do my own shopping?" she asked. "So that you don't feel like I'm picking them out for you?"

Alex chuckled, nodding weakly. "Uh, would you mind?" he asked, coughing.

She chuckled and kissed his cheek. "Call me when your done." she said.

Alex nodded, kissing her forehead and smiling. "Ok, get something cute for me maybe." he winked, waving as she left the store to the mall and to get to another. He whistled to himself as he browsed, picking a few jeans and casual shirts.

Sami chuckled, going off to some random store. Maybe a book store. She didn't know, just around the mall.

Alex had finished within an hour, picking some shirts and jeans that went along with each shirt. He sighed as he knew his shoes were just fine. Less of an expense. He paid for them all, resulting in $92. He then texted to Sami that he was done.

In the food court. she said. she had done a little bit of her own shopping, getting some little surprises for Alex.

Alex smiled, rushing to the food court. Seeing her, he sat down at the table and grinned. "Well, I got a few clothes, not bad for uh...huge price." he chuckled. It may have burned a hole in his pocket for the day, but it was worth it. He then eve bought trunks for the hot tub later.

"I could have bought it for you." she said, eating her Chinese food.

Alex shook his head, sighing. "You're not gonna be my sugar mama, so, as long as I have a job, you don't have to do anything for me." he said, smiling. "Anyway, what did you get?" he asked.

She moved her bag further under the table. "You'll see later."

Alex frowned. "Aw come on...Is it what I think it is?" he grinned.

"Depends on what you think it is." she smirked.

"Eh, are we going home now or what?" Alex asked, now anxious to see what she bought. He knows that she'd at least try something on for him. All women did.

"BUt I'm still eating." she said, making him wait.

Alex grunted. "Finish your food then." he said, smiling and winking. "I might have something for you, too."

She looked at him, smiling. "Really?"

Alex shrugged. "Depends how you look at it." he chuckled, repeating her own words.

She narrowed her eyes. "You're being mean." she said, smiling.

Alex grinned, shrugging. "Oh well, we'll just have to find out later eh?" he asked, smiling. He watched as she ate.
