"Really? Like what," he asked softly.

"Mmmhm, you'll think of something." she said and took a sip of her hot chocolate. "Owww oh god..burnt tongue!!!!" she said fanning her mouth after setting the cup back on the counter.

He got her a glass of cool water and handed it to her. "Here you go," he said gently.

"Thanks." she said gulping it down in about 10 seconds.

He kissed her forehead. "Better?"

"Yeah..a bit." she smiled blushing.

He stroked her cheek softly, smiling lovingly at her. "I'm afraid we'll have to wait for our hot cocoa, sweetheart. At least until it cools down."

"Yesh, your the one that turn on the burner supper high, it's all your fault!" she joked poking him in hte chest.

"I'm so sorry," he pouted, hanging his head.

She chuckled and moved to go sit on the couch.

He smiled and grabbed their mugs, taking them and setting them on the sidetable as he sat down next to her.

she smiled and held her mug in her hand to warm her hands up.

He smiled and kissed her cheek.

She smiled gently and reached forward to grab the remote to see what the weather was going to be like on the drive back.

He held her close and laid his cheek on her hair, watching it with her.

The weather report said that there was going to be a blizzard coming in and they suggested that all cars stay off the roads.

He looked at her. "What do you wanna do? I can hurry and take you back to your dorm," he offered.

She nodded "Yeah, it'd probably be best..." she said and took another hesitant sip of her hot chocolate.

He nodded and stood. "Alright. "I'll get your shoes and coat for you," he offered and went to get them, along with his shirt, shoes, and coat.

She guzzled down her hot chocolate since it wasn't scalding hot anymore and went to go put it back in the sink.

He handed her her coat and shoes and hurried to finish his hot chocolate before he opened the door, grabbing his keys.

She walked out after kissing his cheek "Thanks for holding the door, luv."

He smiled. "Anytime. Let's hurry and get you home before the bad ice hits," he ushered her out and took her hand, shrugging on his coat and walking quickly to his car.

She got in on her side and immediately turned the heat on.

He drove her home and walked her to her dorm, kissing her softly, just as the storm was beginning. "I love you. I should get home before I get snowed in here," he said reluctantly.
