He sighed and sat back down, running a hand through his hair, still clearly angry. "I really, really hate your parents," he growled.

"But they're giving us a chance...a chance to actually BE TOGETHER!", she said wrapping her arms around him.

She did have a point. He held her close, burying his face in her hair. "Jamie... I promise, I'll do everything I can to make you and Hope happy. I've got extra spending money, and money in savings. Anything you two need, don't be afraid to ask for it," he told her. He didn't think he could handle her leaving again. He didn't want her parents to take both of them away so soon.

She nodded caressing his hair and kissing his forhead. All of a sudden she felt her phone vibrate with a reminder that she had to pick up Hope from day care....Jamie closed it and put it back in her back pocket, "Do you want to meet her now?"

He looked at her. "It's your choice, angel," he murmured and kissed her softly. "But, I would like to meet her. Very much."

She nodded and smiled grabbing his hand and helping him up.

He stood, holding onto her hand gently, though not letting go, as if it were a lifeline, and walked with her.

THey got to the car and they drove off, she was smiling ear to ear and still held onto his hand. She was nervous about Hope accepting Chad, but she was excited that they were finally going to meet.

He squeezed her hand gently, a little nervous about meeting their daughter.

"There's a park near the daycare, we can walk over there and talk for awhile." she said gently as the pulled in. She went inside and soon came out with Hope in her arms sucking on her tumb. "Be nice now ok? He's very excited to see you." she whispered in her ear kissing the side of her head.

"Ok mommy...Is he from Neverland?" she asked curiously

"Yes, yes he is." she smiled whiping the eyes with the back of her hand as she started towards the car were he was waiting for her.

Chad nodded and waited quietly, patiently, albeit nervously. When she walked back to the car, Chad smiled softly at them. Hope looked just like Jamie did when she was little.

She smiled at Hope and said "Hope, this is your Daddy. He finally came back from Neverland, just to see you." she said putting her down on the ground.

Hope looked up at her dad wide eyed and curious before smiling ear to ear "DADDY!!" she screamed happily running up to him and hugging his legs tightly.

Chad smiled at her and chuckled, kneeling down and hugging her back. "Hey, there, sweetheart," he smiled softly. "Look how pretty you are! Just like your mommy was when she was little," he smiled at her.

Jamie blushed and looked down as Hope started to talk "Why were you in Neverland for so long daddy? I misseded you. Did you see Peter Pan and Tinkerbell?" she asked cutely looking up at him.

He chuckled softly. "I missed you, too, sweetheart. I was waiting to see if your Mommy would come to Neverland, too. But I guess she didn't have a fairy to take here there, so I asked Peter and Tink to bring me back," he smiled.

Jamie chuckled slightly and looked down at the two of them with silent tears streaming down her cheeks.
"Mommy! Mom! He met Peter pan!!! Did you hear that?"

"Yes sweetheart, I did." she smiled weakly, wipping her tears away.

He chuckled and picked her up, holding her while he kissed Jamie's forehead. "Peter and Tink said hi," he smiled softly. "Actually," he smiled widely, getting a great idea. "They said we can visit Neverland. "Do you want to try," he asked Hope.

"Yes!!!!" she said happily.

He chuckled. "Alright. But you have to close your eyes - it's a surprise," he whispered in her ear, winking at Jamie.

She smiled kinda wondering what he had in mind, but part of her was already guessing it.

Hope closed her eyes and for a quick second peeked through.
"No peeking, Sunshine." she said chuckling a little.

He was going to show her his Neverland. "Make sure she doesn't peek. I'll drive us," he smiled at Jamie and kissed her softly.

She kissed him back smiling and got in the back with her to make sure she wouldn't try peeking again.

He smiled and drove back to the church, picking Hope up and setting her down in the church courtyard. "Alright, we're here," he murmured. "A little piece of Neverland."

She opened her eyes and looked at them full of suprise "WOW!" she said running around the courtyard checking everything out.

Jamie smiled and laid her head on Chad's shoulder.

He chuckled softly and put his arm around her, laying his head on hers. "She really is just like you," he whispered. "So cute." He'd made sure to clean up all of the glass after they'd departed the other day.
