She smiled and hugged him. "It is," she agreed. "Thank you."

" Have you heard from your friend lately?" he asked.

She shook her head. "She might have texted me, but my phone has horrible reception here, so I haven't gotten it."

" Do you ever miss your friends and family?" he asked.

"A little. But I know they're alright. And I'm happy here with you," she smiled.

" I'll try my best and protect you. " he said gently.

"I know you will," she smiled and kissed his cheek. "But... You wouldn't have to protect me if I were a werewolf, too," she murmured quietly.

" No I could never turn you into a werewolf" He backed away from her.

She looked up at him. "Why not," she asked.

" Its a curse" He shook his head.

She shook her head. "Ched, it's not a curse." She stood up and walked to him. "Please, Ched. Please change me," she asked.
