He cuddled her and smiled at her.

She blushed softly and smiled at him.

" Are you ok" he asked gently.

"Yeah," she said. "I'm fine."

" you no upset" he asked.

"No. Why would I be upset," she asked, blinking. She jumped when Chip flew over her head and landed on her headboard, chirping. "Chip, you scared me," she chuckled, reaching up to stroke his feathers.

He jumped getting scared by the bird. " Oh."

Chip scooted onto her finger and hopped down onto her side with a chirp. She chuckled. "Chip, this is Ched. Ched, this is Chip," she introduced them. "Chip is a good friend of mine," she smiled at Ched. "So is Sammy, my dog. But we had too many things and couldn't bring him, so he's back with my mom."

Ched looked at the bird curously.

Chip flapped his wings and hopped onto Ched's side, looking at him curiously. The feathers on his head lifted and went back down as he bobbed his head.

Bree chuckled. "He likes you," she told Ched softly and yawned, laying her head on his shoulder.

Ched poked the bird's belly gently and stroked its head with his finger. " You're still tired?" he asked gently.

"Nah. Just comfy," she murmured. She opened her eyes and smiled at him.

" Ok" he said gently and got up, " Where is your shower?"

"Oh," she got up, perching Chip on her shoulder. He made a soft chirp of contentment. She walked a few doors down the hallway and opened the bathroom door. "Right here," she smiled.

' Thank you" he said gently walking in.

"Not a problem. I'll set out a towel for you," she said and got into the closet next to the bathroom, pulling out a larger towel for him and set it on the counter.

Soon he was in the shower. He started to sing in the shower.

She went to the kitchen, smiling and chuckling softly, hearing him singing, and she sang along quietly as she started on lunch.

He got out and looked at the towl. " Hmm... OHH" he remembered what it was and dried off. It been awhile since he had a actual humaine shower. He always took his cleaning rituals under a waterfall.

She made mac 'n' cheese and hot dogs. While both were boiling, she got out some fruit and nuts for Chip to munch on.

Ched came down and looked at chip with the fruits and nuts. Ched sat on the floor.

"Hungry," she asked him with a smile, mixing the macaroni with the cheese mix.

Ched nodded his head looking at her gently.

"Have you had mac and cheese with hot dogs before," she asked him curiously.

"A long time ago" he replied.
