A Werewolf's Heart Part 1.1

She nodded. "I hurt everywhere." she said softly.

Nick kissed her forehead gently. "I'm going to go get you some herbs to take the pain away and help you sleep," he murmured. "I'll be right back, I promsie."

She nodded. "Get Sam... she should know what works." she said, laying down, getting seemingly comfortable on the bed.

Nick nodded and kissed her forehead, making sure she was covered comfortably. "I'll be right back with her," he murmured and went to Brados and Sam's den. "Sam," he whispered.

Brados blinked awake and sat up, looking at Nick. "She just fell back asleep," he whispered, frowning.

"Ilane needs herbs to take away the pain and help her sleep," he whispered in reply. "She told me to get Sam."

Brados sighed and kissed Sam's forehead. "Sam, honey, wake up," he murmured softly.

Sam moaned, cuddling closer to Brados. "No.... It's not morning yet..." She complained.

Brados stroked her hair softly. "I know, sweetheart. But Ilane needs herbs for her pain," he murmured.

Sam sighed, kissing Brados' chest softly then getting up. she took Nick's hand. "Come." she said, going to the baskets her and Ilane had picked the day before.

Brados walked with them, always being overprotective of Sam. Especially after what happened to Ilane.

Nick walked with Sam, thinking all the herbs looked the same to him. He was glad Sam was helping.

Sam picked out different herbs putting them in a leaf. When she finished she handed it to Brados. "Can you put these between some rocks and mash them into a powder?" she asked. "We need to put this into a tea for her to drink."

Brados nodded and kissed her forehead before going to do what she asked. He came back a few minutes later with the powder.

[Aww. Okay. I have to go in half an hour. I won't be back until after midnight or one in the morning o.o;]

She smiled, kissing his lips softly. "I knew my man would have it done quickly." she said, patting his butt lightly. she put the powder in the hot water then handed it to Nick. "Make her drink all of it. It'll taste bad... but it'll take away the pain and make her go to sleep."

[Concert was awesome as hell! Now I'm exhausted.]

Brados chuckled and kissed her forehead, handing it to her.

Nick nodded. "Thank you, Sam. Sorry to wake both of you up," he said and gave his sister a hug and Brados a pat on his arm, then left off to his den. "Ilane, love, you've got to drink this," he told her, sitting beside her on the bed.

Sam sighed. "brados, baby, can you carry me> I'm so tired..." she mumbled.


Ilane nodded and with his help took a good swig. "I can't drink all this... It's gross..."

Brados picked Sam up and cradled her to his chest. "Of course, love," he whispered and kissed her forehead, carrying her back to their den and laying her down in bed, covering her up.

Nick shook his head. "Baby, you have to. It'll take all the pain away and help you sleep."

She smiled, cuddling into his chest. "I love you." she mumbled.


Ilane shook her head, but made a face and then chugged the rest of it. She moaned, leaning against him.

Brados smiled softly at her and kissed her forehead. "I love you, too, sweetheart. Sleep now," he whispered, stroking her hair and holding her close.

Nick set the cup down and held Ilane, laying her back down and laying next to her, kissing her forehead. "I love you," he whispered.

Nick nodded and kissed her softly. "I love you," he whispered, meaning it whole-heartedly. "I'll be home soon." He got up and got her wallet, stuffing it in his pocket, kissing her again softly and making sure she was comfortable before he left to go tell his mother he would be gone for a couple days and to watch over Ilane for him.

Brados smiled. "I love you, too," he whispered and kissed her softly.
