"But I don't really remember her... She was sick... always sleeping." she said, letting herself cry. "I never got to do the things other girls do with their moms... Like, talk about makeup, or clothes, or even boys..."

"Still, at least you had your mom there. She really did want to do all those things with you. Trust me." Craig said, his eyes tearing up a bit. Howard rubbed Charisma's back, kissing her head. "She always wanted to be closer to you, she told me." he said, chuckling weakly.

"I didn't get to say goodbye to her... the last thing I heard from her was her screams." she said, leaning into her dad's arms, crying a little harder. She usually didn't get this emotional around her mom's birthday, or day of death. She just sort of closed within herself for a week and then was back to normal like nothing happened. She hardly ever cried.

Craig held Charisma tightly, pressing his face into her hair, kissing her head. "I know....I'm sure she didn't want to leave that as her last memory to be remembered of her. I'm sorry that happened.." he said, taking deep breaths.

Risma held onto her dad. "I miss her." she said softly. "I really really do."

Craig sighed, nodding. "We all do, baby. We all do." he said, biting his lip. Howard only bit his lip as well, trying not to bawl. "Why don't you go home and relax? It's better you get out of this house....Too many memories." he said, smiling weakly.

She shook her head. "I don't want to go home." She said softly. "I don't want to deal with what's at home."

"Ok, then stay the night." Craig said, smiling and kissing her cheek. "You want to?" he asked. Howard only chuckled. "I guess I'll head home. This is father daughter time." he grinned, waving and heading to the door.

Charisma got up and went over to Howard, hugging him. "I love you Uncle Howard." she said softly then grabbed her phone, going back to sit with her dad.

"Love ya too, Risma. See ya tomorrow." Howard said as he left the house. Craig then sighed. "Why did you bring the phone? I mean, you wanted to get away didn't ya?" he asked, chuckling.

"I'm thinking about calling Jake and then going to his apartment." She said softly, just looking at her phone.

Craig sighed. "If you want to, sweetie. I won't argue. But how will he get to you if he wants to talk and see what was wrong?" he asked, chuckling and almost imagining that Jake would go so far as to walk to his own apartment.

"Oh yeah... I have his truck." she said softly, disappointed. "I guess I'll stay here. If he wants to see me, then he can walk."

"Just go to him, I'm sure he's sorry." Craig said, rubbing his daughter's back.

She sighed. "But what about Dustin?"

"What about him?" Craig asked, scoffing.

"What am i suppose to do with him?" she asked, confused about what to do about lots of stuff.

"Send him to us." Craig shrugged. "If he's causing so much chaos, why not get rid of him?" he muttered.

She sighed and nodded. "I probably should go home. Jake's probably upset that I left. He's probably cooking dinner for me right now..." She smiled slightly and looked over at her dad. "I really found myself a great guy."

"Yeah....I just hope he doesn't break your heart like Dustin had. I hate to have to see you cry like that again..." Craig said, hugging Charisma tightly.

"I don't think he will." she said, hugging him back.

"I hope so." Craig said, smiling. "So you sure you want to go back?" he asked, not really wanting to let go of his little girl. It had been a small while since her last visit.

She shook her head. "No... I want to stay right here." she said, moving into his lap.

Craig chuckled, hugging Charisma. "You still act like the little girl I knew back then." he grinned, kissing her cheek. "Have you taken a shower yet? You should now, since no one will bother you."

"I took a shower yesterday..." she said, smiling. "You think I can take a bubble bath is your tub?" She asked.
