"Let's get there by bus. You've been walking too long." Alex said as they went to the bus stop and sat, waiting for it. "Let me see your ankle." he said, patting his leg for her to rest hers on.

She nodded and turned and gently laid her ankle on his thigh. It was more sowllen because she had walked all day with no ice. It was very tender but she didn't let it show how much it actually hurt. Even through the ace bandage it was obvious that it was throbbing and swollen.

Alex sighed, shaking his head. "It's very swollen....Agh, I shouldn't have let you walk." he mumbled as he rubbed it gently and looked over it. He knew he'd have to at least maybe have her foot in a bowl of cold water, see if it'll do anything for her.

she sighed. "It'll be okay. I know once we get home, you'll take care of it."

Alex sighed, nodding. "Yeah, I will." he smiled, chuckling and kissing her once more. Once the bus came and they got on, they were taken to the nearest bus stop near their house which only left them a couple of blocks to walk to.

"Baby... My ankle hurts... Please. Can you carry me?" she asked. She'd finally broken down and asked for him to carry her, it hurt so much.

Alex nodded, picking her up and grunting a bit. He hadn't carried anyone really in a long while besides his dog from a few years ago. "Better?" he asked, smiling weakly. "You shouldn't be so stubborn."

She nodded. "I know... I just didn't want you do see how weak I was." she said softly, resting her head on his shoulder.

"It's ok. You're not weak, just human." Alex muttered as they got home, going inside. "Damn it's hot outside.." he mumbled as he laid her down on the couch. "Just stay there, lemme get some ice." he said as he left to the kitchen and brought back an ice pack, laying it gently over her ankle. "Better?"

While he was gone, she had taken off her ace bandage. She jumped when the cold hit her ankle but then she sighed, relaxing. "Yeah... It's cold though." she smiled.

"Still, it'll start to feel better." Alex said as he sat beside her and wrapped an arm around her shoulders.

She nodded, shifting so her legs were on his lap. She kept the ice on her ankle and smiled at him. "Are you happy with me?" she asked.

"Heh, so far, I'm loving it. Why?" Alex asked, raising a brow.

She smiled and shrugged. "I'm just making sure."

"Are you?" Alex asked, smiling.

She nodded. "Of course!"

"Anyways, wanna watch TV?" Alex asked as he handed her the remote and continued to rub the ice gently over her ankle.

She turned on to TV, settling the channel on the movie channel. Evan Almighty was playing. "That feels good." she said softly, smiling at him.

Alex nodded, smiling. "Good. Well, Dad should be home in a few hours, we have the whole house to ourselves to relax. So, close your eyes and let met take care of your needs." he chuckled.

She smirked and raised an eyebrow, a look that was absolutely sexy. "All my needs?" she asked, meaning it the way it sounds.

"Hell, even those." Alex said, smirking and winking."It'll even satisfy mine." he laughed.

She chuckled, "It would."

"Mike hasn't beaten me to it, has he?" Alex asked, scoffing at his mention.

She shook her head. "I said in the theater that I was still a virgin."

"Eh, you know what I mean. You can still be a virgin and be touched." Alex muttered, sighing and closing his eyes.
