Holly and I Only!!!

Later, Lilli lay on his chest, completly happy and quickly falling asleep. "Love you..." she mumbled.

He smiled and held hear dearly. "I love you, too," he kissed her forehead and stroked her hair. "Sweet dreams."

"You'll be here when I wake up, right?" she asked slowly, already mostly asleep.

"I will," he whispered. "And every morning for the rest of forever," he kissed her forehead.

"Good." She mumbled, falling asleep.

He smiled and held her a she slept. He fell asleep not long after, making sure she was covered and warm.

that next morning, or night, Lilli didn't really know, she started to dream again. This time of her and Ryder. She could see that she was very pregnant and he was running his hand over her basketball of a stomach as she sat on a couch in what looked like their room. She didn't look well though, she looked pale and besides for her stomach, thin.

Ryder frowned, his mind reading hers. He felt her stomach in his sleep and felt it flat. He forced himself to wake up and look at her. She looked healthy and plush. He stroked her warm cheek and kissed her forehead, frowning. "Love," he murmured. "Lilli, you're having a vision."

As she looked around more in her vision, Lilli saw medical equipment and that she was hooked up to it. she woke with a start, her hands going to her stomach.

Ryder was visibly disturbed by her dream, but he held her close to sooth her, and partly himself. "It's alright, love," he murmured softly.

"What was wrong with me?" She asked. The first vision she had about the two of them was happy. She was pregnant with a small bulge and he was kissing their baby through her stomach. It was nice. Now this was just scarey.

"I'm not sure," he admitted, nuzzling her.

She sighed, feeling as though she could cry. "That didn't look like we could fix it..." she said softly.

He held her close, trying his best to sooth her. "I will feed you until I bleed to death to make sure that doesn't happen," he swore.

She looked at him and shook her head, tears coming to her eyes. She moved as close to him as she could without moving into his skin and cried. "I don't like this... I don't like having these visions. They've been nothing but bad!"

He held his mate, feeling helpless in keeping her optimistic.

Eventually, she stopped crying but wouldn't let her eyes close. She was exhausted but didn't want to sleep anymore in fear of having another vision.

He held her still, hoping he was some kind of comfort to her.

Lilli didn't sleep, only let him hold her. "Is there any way to stop these visions?" she asked after a while.

"We'll have Gideon see if he can stop them when he wakes up," he murmured.

"Who is that?" she asked, looking up at him.

"He's the paramedic. He also runs our security system and does background checks on everything. He's a genius."

She nodded. "Alright." she said softly.
