He got up and walked around the room quietly as he thought. It pained him that he couldn't just pull her to him and kiss her madly like a love struck fool.

What, exactly, was stopping him? Ruby watched as he rose to his feet and paced around the room. Several times she wondered what it could have been that he was thinking. He seemed so serious, and she deep in thought. It made her feel young again seeing him like this.

" Countless nights I've looked to the stars wondering if you still remembered me. I had so many questions and I wanted to know the answers. I came tonight and found my answers but one is hidden from me. I want to know the answer" he said gently as he stopped in front of her and lifted her chin up to his with one graceful finger and kissed her.

Her breath seemed to catch in her throat as he started to walk towards her. As always he looked like a beautiful angel, and like she had felt as a teenager, she was the one thing that ruined the picture. As he spoke, she looked thoughtfully into his eyes, and then gasped as he pressed his lips to her own. It was not long before her eyes closed and she was kissing him back.

It had been so long. The feel of lips against her own was alien and not as natural as it had been all of those years ago. She was almost afraid to let her thoughts wander to how things would be if they were even more intimate. Perhaps even more uncomfortable.

Dawson pulled back and rested his forehead on hers. " What are you thinking at this moment"

"That I'm really bad at this." she whispered softly, unable to look at him. Despite this, however, she knew all too well that he was there. Her eyes closed, and her cheeks flushed a soft pink. For the love of God, she was a mother! She wasn't supposed to be feeling like a teenager.

Her heart beated rapidly against her chest, and she feared that it was going to jump out. Soft sighs passed her lips every now and then, and eventually she wrapped her arms around him to pull him closer to her body. She hadn't felt this alive in years.

The feel of her was just as good as he remembered. He came closer but gently eased her onto the bed kissing her neck seductivly.

A soft gasp passed Ruby's lips, followed by a gentle moan. She hadn't really realized until now just how sexually frustrated she had been over the years; this could have explained all of her restrictive rules towards Jean having physical relationships as she was growing up. It felt good to be touched.

Ruby gently ran her fingers through his soft fair colored hair. Another soft groan passed her lips, and she let her hands roam down his back and gently start to work their way up his shirt. He was just as perfect as she had remembered.

She gently ran her fingers along the lines of his toned abs. Blushing, Ruby then took his shirt off, carefully sliding it off over his head. Kissing his cheek, she then started to gently trail down to his neck, teasingly licking and nipping.

It had been so long since she had been wanted like this. Ruby blushed softly, and paused only to remove her own shirt. She then went back to work with teasing his body with quick kisses and nips. He was delicious.

Her hands moved quick as she undid his pants and then slid them down his thighs. Ruby's body felt as if it were running on pure adrenaline, and she felt young and bold again. For too long she had been living the live of a nun, and she wanted to live like that no longer.

Ruby gasped softly as he continued to move on her, his touch somehow feather light- she couldn't seem to feel enough of him. Hearing his soft decleration of love and feeling the soft way it vibrated against the column of her neck, she groaned softly, and admitted her own love for him. "I love you, too, Dawson..." she whispered.
