It's a Love Story

He held her, just happy to be so close. "Do you want to go to the beach?" He asked.

"Sure," she smiled up at him.

He smiled and nodded. "Good. You've got to get off me first though."

She chuckled and got up off of him, holding onto his hand.

Jon kissed her hand and went up to her room with her. "My stuff is in the guys room." he chuckled. "I'll see you in a bit." he smiled, leaning down and kissing her cheek before going to his room.

She chuckled and smiled, watching him leave before she got her swimsuit on.

Jon put his swim trunks on and also a tee shirt. He put some sun block in a bag with some towels and waited for Ren downstairs.

Ren smiled as she reached the bottom of the stairs. "Ready," she sang happily.

He smiled at her and reached for her hand. "Good. Let's go."

She smiled and took his hand, feeling like she could fly. She always felt like that around him, especially when they went out.

He walked out with her, going down to the beach. He remembered the way from the last time that they were there.

She smiled the whole way, practically skipping as they walked along to the beach.

Jon let her set the pace to the beach, but once there, he took her hand and slowed down, walking along the beach with the water washing over their feet. He looked over at her with a small smile on his face. "So, Ren, I have been thinking about you and me lately..." He said with a grim voice. He wanted to trick her into thinking the worse, even after what he had said that morning.

She looked up at him, scared of what he was going to say. Then she decided she didn't want to watch his face when he said it so she looked down at her feet as they splashed through the waves.

"This is probably going to change out whole lives...But I can't not say it." He stopped and looked down at her. When she didn't look back, he placed a finger under her chin and turned her face up. "I love you."

Ren stared at him in shock. Pleased, elated, estatic, and the like. "Jon," she smiled. "I love you, too," she whispered, tears forming in her eyes. "I love you, too," she said louder, hugging him tight.

He smiled and picked her up and kissed her lips. "Good, I hoped you would say that."

She smiled and kissed him back. "Best. Day. Ever," she whispered with a giggle, her arms around his neck, her forehead resting against his.

Jon wrapped his arms around Ren, holding her close as he closed his eyes, letting he moment sink into him.

She smiled happily, elated to be close to him. She really did love him.

He kissed her lips one more time then let go, pulling his shirt off. "Let's swim."

She smiled happily and nodded, slipping the pants over her swimsuit off, then her shirt and led him into the water, smiling happily.

Jon laughed and picked Ren up, running into the water.

Ren squealed in laughter, hanging onto him so she didn't fall.

Jon fell into the water, holding onto Ren. He surfaced and looked down at her, his hair dripping with the ocean water, and laughed. He couldn't have been happier.
