"Guess that is hard..." she said.

He nodded.

"But you still didn't answer my question. If you ever found another breedmate, would you want a baby girl?"

He sighed. "If I ever found another Breedmate, it would be her choice. I'd be happy whichever way, as long as she is faithful."

She nodded. "Do you want a breedmate?" She asked.

He shrugged. "I have yet to find one."

"Well, there's a breedmate standing next to you." she said shrugging.

"This breedmate preffers to yell at me," he pointed out. "How am I supposed to protect her if all she does is yell and attract attention?"

she looked at him, shocked. "I just said I'd try to be your mate and you throw that in my face? I can be louder if you want, if you want a scene, I can create a scene." she said, getting a bit louder.

"I don't need a mate," he told her. "I'm a killer. If you want a mate, go find one in the Darkhaven."

"I don't want a mate you arrogant bastard! To think that I wanted to help you." she shook her head, walking away, across the street.

He rolled his eyes and let her walk away.

"What was that?" Baily demanded, looking at niko.

"She wanted to know if I wanted a mate. I said no," he said.

"What else did you say?" she asked.

"That she's loud and attracts too much attention."

Baily's eyes went wide and she sighed. "No wonder she went off on you..." she said then turned to Damon, kissing his cheek before jogging over to Fairly.

Damon let her go after her friend, keeping a protective watch over them. "You're horrible with women, Niko," he muttered.

"They're not my strong suit."

Once at the blockbuster, Baily went up to the guys. "She wants me to pick the movies. She's to pissed at... 'the male species.'" She said, sighing.

Damon sighed. "Is she still joining us for movies?"

"I'm not watching them with you. I have other things to do."

"Stop being so... male..." she said, looking at Niko then looked at Damon. "I think she is... I'm not really sure."

"If I'm so 'male', what is he," he asked her, pointing to Damon.

Damon shook his head at his friend. "She's still welcome to."

"Would you dump some testosterone?" she asked, looking at Niko again.

Niko growled but shut his mouth, not in the mood for any of this.
