Maria smiled, kissing him happily with her mind locked on only him.

He held her close, laying her down underneath him gently.

Maria smiled up at him, stroking his cheeks with her thumbs.

He smiled at her lovingly, simply gazing down at her.

She blushed, kissing his cheek. "What sweetie?"

"I love you so much," he kissed her. "I can't stop looking at you."

She blushed and smiled, kissing him happily. "I love you too..."

He smiled and held her close, cuddling her.

Maria smiled and curled up against him, sighing happily.

She smiled and sighed, nearly falling asleep. Every now-and-then she'd doze off, but would quickly reawaken.

He stroked her hair, watching her. "go ahead and sleep, love. I'm right here, watching over you," he whispered soothingly.

Maria nodded slowly, letting her eyelids fall down once more. She fell asleep almost instantly, not worrying about anything at the moment...

He kept stroking her hair, his hand never leaving contact with her. He wanted her to rest and relax as much as she could within the next couple days. Because after that, she'd be in pain as her body changed to accommodate two forms. it would last several hours, maybe even days.

Maria slept well, much better than usual. His closeness made her so comfortable that she couldn't help but curl closer to him.

He smiled tenderly, his knuckles gingerly stroking her cheek. She looked so peaceful.

Maria slept for a few hours, waking up at dusk.

Alex had fallen asleep, his arm around her protectively.

She smiled down at him, kissing his cheek. Too cute.

He woke up a few minutes later, yawning. He blinked up at her. "Morning," he mumbled.

He yawned and stretched, then curled back up around her, drawing her close.

Maria smiled, kissing him gently. "Too tired?"

"It feels like I've been asleep for only a few minutes," he mumbled, nuzzling into her.

Maria laughed gently, scratching his back softly. "You're too cute."
