She kissed him back, blushing as she lost her fingers in his hair. "Do you understand how much I love you?"

He smiled softly, lovingly at her. "I would hope so, for you to accept this," he reached up to touch the engagement ring on her finger. He kissed her tenderly, holding her close.

Kat shivered. His kisses were like gifts from God, beautiful and tender and distracting from all the horrific news of the world. She sighed, letting her arms fall to his shoulders as she kissed back.

He smiled gently and lifted her up, going to their bed and setting her down, kissing her tenderly again.

Kat smiled, pulling him to sit next to her. ''I love you baby... God, so much...''

He smiled and kissed her cheek. "I love you, too, sweetheart."

Kat smiled... "So when do you want to set a date?"

"How about... tomorrow," he said, only half teasing.

"I'd love to be Mrs. Deryk asap, but we have to plan something baby," she said with a smile.

"Sure," he smiled. "We get the preacher to say his stuff in the park, we say our 'I do's, then we come back here for the honeymoon, or go visit the mountains or ocean," he grinned, still half-teasing.

Kat smiled. "I like the sound of that, but no friends or decent family in the audience?"

"Why don't we call everyone right now," he grinned, getting excited."

Kat smiled. ''I don't have a dress baby...''

"I'm sure we'll figure something out," he smiled.

Kat grinned, wrapping her legs around his waist.

He smiled and kissed her lovingly, holding her close.

Kat sighed into the kiss, pressing against him.

He groaned softly, kissing her more passionately.

Kat smirked, kissing his neck and chest.

He shivered and kissed her neck, nipping her earlobes gently with a chuckle in her ear.

Kat sighed, pressing against Deryk. ''Baby...''

"yes, sweetheart," he whispered, kissing her neck.

Kat smiled, kissing him happily. "Do you have to work tomorrow?''

"I have tomorrow off. Why," he asked, kissing her back.

Kat smiled. ''Good, cause you're gonna need it.''
