" You decide. I support you no matter what. you're the mommy." he smiled gently and cuddled her.

She smiled and cuddled close to him, nuzzling him. "I love you," she said softly.

" I love you too" He smiled softly.

She smiled and fell asleep, becoming rested enough, by the time she woke up, to be able to play with her babies and still function.

He was of course still grogy.

"Time to go pick up the boys, love," she kissed him.

" ok" he yawned softly and nodded.

She pulled her shoes on and grabbed the keys for the car, unbolting the front door so she could get to said car.

He got into the car and closed his eyes.

She drove to her mother's house and smiled happily as their two boys ran up to them as they got out of the car. "I missed you two! Did you have fun with grandma?"

" Yess!" They said hugging their mom's leg. "Why daddy sleeping?" Danny asked.

"Daddy and I have been very busy while you were playing with Grandma," Brianna told her boys. "Daddy never really woke up from his nap earlier," she chuckled. "Go give him a hug and kiss, I bet he'll like waking up to his boys."

Danny and Kenny ran to the car giggling " Daddy!" they opened the car door and crawled on him. Ched laughed holding them close and kissing their cheeks.

Briana smiled and thanked her mother, apologizing that they couldn't stay and talk, but they were both very tired and needed to get home. She drove them home after putting the boys in their booster seats and walked them inside. She frowned, halting and bringing the boys closer to her. She sniffed, but didn't smell anything. Still, something felt... off.

He felt it too. " Take the kids" He said growling.

She frowned, not wanting to be away from her mate, but her children were more important. "Stay close, boys," she murmured to them. "Where," she asked her mate, looking around cautiously.

He phased and sniffled around growling.

Briana phased, too, keeping their children under her as she sniffed around. She slowly neared the door and growled furrociously as a wolf attacked her. She pounced, meeting him in midair and pinning him onto the ground, biting his neck to kill him.

" Let him go" Ched said running towards them " He means no harm.."

Brianna reluctantly let him go, growling a warning that if he made a move to harm her children, she'd kill him on the spot.

" He's frightned." He said " Can't you smell the fear" he said gently. " He's hurt"

She sniffed and cautiously walked towards him, not longer growling or baring her teeth. Who hurt you, she asked the falsely-assumed attacker.

the wolf was shaking too much to answer. Blood dripped from its shoulder and it wimpered.

Brianna sniffed outside, cautiously peeking her head through the doorway. She sensed they were being watched, the feeling made her growl furiously.

" Hunters." Ched murmered and growled.
