Alex smiled. "It's alright. You sing well, so I don't mind."

"Alex sings random songs in the house all the time," Kenta told him, sitting next to his sister.

" I bet you have a lovely voice" he smiled

"Uhh, no," she said, shaking her head.

" Sure you do" he smiled at her.

"How would you know that," she asked with a raised eyebrow.

" Uhhhhhh" Bryan said a little paniced.

Alex looked at him and laughed. "Calm down, I was joking." She hummed and sang to herself softly in school all the time when she thought no one was listening. She figured he probably heard her then.

Bryan blushed. In fact he had been watching her in her room ( closed his eyes when she was dressing!) at night.

Alex looked at him skeptically. "What did you do," she asked, knowing he couldn't be blushing for nothing.

" N-Nothing!" Bryan said blushing.

She glared at him skeptically. "Why are you blushing so bad," she demanded.

" Why are you yelling at me!" he said.

"I didn't yell, I asked you a question. Why are you blushing so bad?"

" I don't know" bryan got up. " Sorry but we have to go."

" No we don't-" Sara said before Bryan picked her up with the chalk. " good day"

Alex sighed, glaring at them as they walked away. "That was weird," she muttered.

"I wonder why he was blushing?"

"I don't know. My luck, the door to the girls' locker room was open while I was changing and singing to myself," she sighed, shaking her head.

Bryan sighed as he drove home with Sara.


" Smooth move, stupid head" Sara said.

" I know.." he sighed. " She's so beautiful and I'm...well look at me!"


" She sees your inhuman beauty not your thrist for her blood" Sara said.

After a while, Alex got up. "Alright, they should be done arguing, Kenta. Let's head back," she said softly.

Kenta nodded and walked back home with his sister. He was relieved to find that she'd been right; his parents had stopped fighting. But he could still feel the tension in the air as he continued to follow her up to her bedroom.

That night a bat flew through her window and hung upside down on her fan.

[Ahh, the bat. XD]

Later that night, Alex came in from the shower and got dressed, seeing Kenta already asleep on her bed. Just in case he'd wake up, Alex had learned how to get dressed without showing anything, and she did so. She dried her hair and brushed it, then sighed, laying a pillow and blanket on the floor and laying down. She never noticed the bat.

The bat flew from the fan straight into her closet. The bat became a boy and the boy looked threw the crack in the door at her.

Hearing something flapping, Alex sat strait up, looking around to see what had made the noise. She looked up at Kenta, who was still snoring soundly. Seeing nothing else in the room, she yawned, assumed she'd been hearing things, and laid back down, snuggling under the blanket.

Bryan got caught on a clothes hanger and started to squeek.

Alex heard the squeaking and sat up, looking at the closet. "What the..?" She turned on the light, and slowly walked towards the closet, slowly opening the sliding doors.

The bat struggled and Bryan phased into a teen boy. He got tangled in her sweater. He smelled it and rubbed his cheek on it.

Alex froze, seeing him in her closet, and shrieked, taking her brother's bat and holding it up, threatening to hit him. "What the he** are you doing in my closet!?"
