The Angel's Kiss [for magik1 only]

Kraven kept his eyes on the angel till the last then he and his kids walked down the street together. He hid the more deformed ones using his dark powers.

Kari stood as her brother entered the apartment. "Are you alright, brother?"

"All is well, little sister," Gabriel hugged her. "Have faith."

"What happened," she asked, looking up at him.

He told her what happened quietly, sitting down on the couch.

Zach sat on his bed a ways off, glad to be rid of the cat

Kari sighed. "This could have concequences, brother."

"But it's put off the war. Show kindness to your enemy, and he might show kindness unto you."

The children told KRaven the tale and KRaven nodded slowly.
"Even Angels have a slight free will.."

"I wonder how the Lord will take it..."

"He wouldn't have let it happen if he didn't want it to," he pointed out. "If we show enough kindness, it might put off the war inevitably."

"That's very hopeful thinking, brother."

Kraven thought long and hard then nodded to his children.
"Those men won't take you again i wont let them."

"Everyone needs hope, sister," he pointed out.

"I suppose..."

Eventually the human fell asleep while Kraven headed home with his deamon family.

Dawn came early and all he could do was grumble as he rolled out of bed and landed on the floor with a thud. He didn't move but instead murmrered a soft ow.
