A Werewolf's Heart Part 1.1

She nodded, sitting down. "Can you changed into your wolf form?" She asked.

"Of course," he said and did so, looking up at her and wagging his tail.

She smiled, kissing his nose. "I want your fur for warmth." She said softly.

He nodded and licked her cheek, wagging his big, bushy tail.

She smiled, laying down, her back against the tree.

Nick crawled on her lap, making sure he wasn't hurting her, and laid his head between his paws, his ears still perked up, paying attention to the sounds around him.

She smiled, running her fingers through his fur. "Can you turn me into a werewolf?" she asked.

He looked up at her and tilted his head. Did she want to be turned right now? He pulled his ears back and whined softly; he didn't want her to be in pain. He thought she should see what it was really like living in a pack before she chose to become one of them. Once it was done, it couldn't be reversed.

"Later... not now." she said softly. "I just, I want to be one of you."

He nuzzled her softly and licked her cheek, laying his head on her shoulder. He was glad she didn't want it now.

She smiled, wrapping her arms around his neck. "I want to explore tomorrow."

He nodded and thumped his tail on the ground in agreement. He wanted to, as well.

She smiled, laying down. She sighed, closing her eyes. "I like it here."

He nodded, snuggling close to her, nuzzling her lovingly as he did his best to warm her.

She wrapped her arm around him, keeping herself close to him as she slowly fell asleep.

Nick stayed awake for about an hour longer, then dozed off, relaxing as he could sense no danger to her.

Ilane slept through the night, comfortable and warm. She woke up late in the morning to the smell of food cooking.

Nick slept through the night, and late into the morning. He yawned, waking up to the smell and sound of food cooking.

Al put a plate of food in front of them. "Wakey wakey love birds." she smiled.

Nick yawned and shook his fur, wagging his tail as he sniffed the plate.

'Smells good,' he thought to his brother.

Al nodded. "I thought we established this yesterday. I cooked it." he smiled, rubbing his head. "Eat up."

Nick ate his share hungrily, licking his chops afterwards.

Ilane smiled, eating what she wanted.

When Nick was done, he shook his fur and nuzzled Ilane, licking her cheeks.

She chuckled. "Turn human, lets go exploring."
