It's a Love Story

"Alright," he smiled and kissed her before he watched her walk out, smiling lovingly.

Lilli went to Ren's room, knocking on the door before opening it and poking her head inside. "Ren? Hunny? It's time to wake up."

Ren was out cold. She didn't stir at Lilli's voice; remained still under the covers.

Lilli stepped in and sat on the bed, gently shaking Ren. "Hey, sweetie. Everyone else is up. You don't want to miss shopping, do you?"

Ren stirred and groaned, rubbing her eyes before she blinked up at Lilli. It took her a minute to remember where she was again. She sat up and blushed, pulling the covers back over her. How could she have forgotten to change into bed clothes!?

Lilli smiled, chuckling slightly. "It's okay. Get dressed. We'll leave whenever you girls are ready."

She nodded. She didn't feel very good, but she figured it was from the fight the previous day. She'd be fine. She got up, making sure the towel was securely wrapped around her, and went to get dressed.

Lilli smiled and went downstairs to make breakfast.

When Ren was dressed, she brushed her hair and followed the smell of food to the kitchen. "you guys have such a big house! Good thing I can follow my nose," she smiled.

Rosie chuckled. "Still lookin' good, Miss Ren," she grinned. "God, I want your hair so bad..."

Lilli simply smiled. Rosie was always good at giving huge compliments.

Roman came down the stairs in jeans and a tee shirt, smiling at Ren as she got herself some of the pancakes Lilli was making.

Ren blushed at the compliment. "You're the one who cut it," she chuckled.

"I know. I did such a good job," she grinned, playing around. "But in all seriousness, you're gonna be the talk of the school when we go back. Suspended for three days and you'll go back looking like a model."

Ren blushed. "Maybe we shouldn't go shopping..."

"Oh, nonsense! It's good to look good," Rosie smiled. "And we'll all be right by your side, looking good with you," she winked.

Jon came down the stairs and behind Ren. He placed his hands on her shoulders and kissed the back of her head then smiled at her, walking past and grabbing a few plates, handing one to Ren. "That's right." he agreed with his older sister.

Ren blushed but smiled back at Jon. "If you say so," she said, accepting the plate.

Rose chuckled. Ren blushed so much, she was like an adorable little sister.

"You guys... Stop making her blush. She's gonna be perminently red by the end of breakfast." Roman said from the counter.

"You have to admit, Rome, she's cute," Rosie chuckled.

Ren blushed again. Maybe she'd be permanently red from just hanging out with them.

Jon smiled, looking at Ren. "I think so."

"Alright..." Lilli smiled. "Stop talking and eat, we've all got a big day ahead of us."

Ren blushed and ate.

Mike chuckled, walking into the kitchen. "jee, is anyone hungry?"

"No Dad, we're just eating cause we want to get fat." Roman said, looking up at her dad. She was definetly a Daddy's girl.

He chuckled and ruffled his youngest's hair. "Well I certainly hope not. Though I guess even if you are, shopping will burn off all those calories," he chuckled.

"Daddy, there's nothing wrong with overweight people. Lots of them are just as pretty as thinner people." Roman said.

"I know, sweetie," he smiled.

Roman smiled and turn her attention back to her food.

Lilli stood by the stove, watching them all eat. Her family plus Ren. She couldn't be happier.

Mike smiled and went to put his arm around his mate, holding her close.

Lilli smiled and kissed him. "You should eat too." she said softly to him.

"I did before I went out to mow and take care of the horses," he chuckled. "Everyone was still sleeping."
