It's a Love Story

"Only nerdier." Roman smiled, getting out of the car before Rosie could hit her.

Rosie laughed and got out of the car, too. "Get back here!"

Roman laughed and shook her head, breaking into a slight run. "No!"

Rosie chased her little sister inside, laughing.

"Don't fall!" Lilli called out, hearing her two girls laugh and chase each other.

Roman laughed, running into the kitchen. "It's true!" she said to Rosie. "Don't pretend it wont be."

"Stop calling him a nerd," Rosie laughed.

"But he is!" she laughed.

"I know, but he's sweet," she said more seriously. "He's not a jerk like you," she teased.

"I'm not a jerk!" Roman stopped and smiled at her sister. "He is sweet. But he's a nerd."

Rosie rolled her eyes and laughed, giving up. "Fine. My boyfriend's a nerd. Happy?"

Roman nodded. "Yes." she said then walked past her sister going to the living room.

Rosie chuckled and pulled her cell phone out, calling Aiden.

Aiden was on his bed, doing the last bit of homework before school started on monday. "Hey baby." He answered after looking at the caller i.d..

"Hey, sweetie," she smiled. "We made it home safe. I've got like three problems in math to do before tomorrow," she stuck her toung out. She hated math.

"Do you want help?" he asked, putting his pencil down and laying down on his bed.

"No, I think I can get it... Thanks, tho."

"Alright. Thanks for calling."

"Anytime, sweetheart," she said softly.

He nodded. "Good. Roman wasn't to annoyed with when we left, was she?" He asked.

"No," she chuckled. "She kept calling you a nerd, though."

He scoffed. "How mean!" he said though they all knew it was true.

She chuckled. "She was teasing, honey."

"I know. So was I."

She chuckled. 'I love you," she told him.

He smiled. "I love you too."
