He chuckled and paid for the rentals and walked out. "Are we ready?"

She nodded. "I guess, unless you don't have popcorn back home."

"We do, actually," he smiled.

"Good, then we're done." she smiled.

He chuckled. "Let's get Fairly and Niko and head home, then," he smiled.

She nodded. "I'll take the movies, the two of them are probably still on opposite sides of the road."

"Get Fairly, too. Niko won't have any problem running home. He'll beat us there, in fact."

She nodded and kissed his cheek. "Alright, We'll either be in front of you or behind you." she said.

He smiled and kissed her forehead. "I'll be waiting in the car."

she nodded, smiling as she went across the street to Fairly. They walked for a moment before going back across the street and to the car.

After they got in, Damon drove off towards the compound, knowing Niko was probably already back there by now. He parked when they got to the compound and went down the elevator with the girls, finding the comfortable chairs and TV already set up for the movies, and Niko nowhere to be found, though his scent was fresh.

"I think I'm going to go to bed." Fairly announced as they got inside.

"But I got all these movies..." Baily said, hoping her friend would stay.

"no, I've got an early class tomorrow."

"Alright... Night."

They hugged, Fairly mumbled a good night to Damon, then left,going to her room.

Damon kissed Baily's forehead. "Just you and me? Or do you need to get to bed earlier, as well?"

Baily smiled, she was really starting to like the way Damon kissed her. "I'm still wide awake."

He chuckled, sensing her bliss. "Alright. Which movie first," he asked.

"You pick since I picked them at the store." she said.

He looked through them. "Shall we just watch them in order? Top first?"

She smiled and nodded, sitting in a chair they had in there. "Sure."

He popped the movie into the DVD player and sat in the chair next to hers after turning off the lights and pressing Menu > Play.

she smiled but soon fell asleep about a half hour into the movie. She honestly didn't know she was tired.

Damon noticed her sleeping and smiled softly, turning off the movie and lifting her up gently, taking her to her room and laying her down in the bed.

Baily woke up at the movement and looked around. "Is the movie over?" she asked, rubbing her eyes.

"It's only been on for half an hour," he murmured softly. "You're tired," he kissed her forehead. "Get some sleep. We can watch them tomorrow night, too. No rush."

She nodded and sighed. "Tell me what you're feeling right now." she asked softly.

He chuckled softly. "I'm feeling protective of you. And possessive," he murmured.
